This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Creativemark platform, including Customers and Sellers.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Platform to:
- Sell, distribute, or purchase illegal goods or services.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including selling unauthorised, pirated, or counterfeit software keys.
- Engage in fraud, including using stolen payment methods, filing false chargebacks, or providing false information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Violate applicable export controls, economic sanctions, or trade restrictions.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff.
3. Seller obligations
Sellers must ensure that all products listed on the Platform are genuine, properly licenced, and accurately described. Sellers must comply with all applicable consumer protection, data protection, and tax laws in the jurisdictions where they sell.
4. Consequences of violation
We may, at our sole discretion, take the following actions in response to a violation of this policy:
- Issue a warning.
- Suspend or terminate your account.
- Withhold or reverse payouts.
- Report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
