Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to products purchased through this store, including software licence keys, activation codes, subscription access, downloads, files, and related digital content.
2. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If digital content is faulty, invalid, or cannot be supplied, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
3. Digital items and cancellation
Where you request immediate digital delivery at checkout, delivery may begin before the usual cancellation period ends. Once a licence key, download, account entitlement, or similar digital item has been supplied, cancellation rights may be limited unless the product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be supplied.
4. When we will help
We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, technical support, refund, or alternative resolution if:
- the licence key or activation code is invalid and cannot be replaced;
- the download or digital entitlement cannot be accessed;
- the product is materially different from the store description;
- the order was duplicated by mistake;
- the seller cannot fulfil the order.
5. When refunds are not normally available
Refunds are not normally available where a supplied key has been revealed, redeemed, activated, or used and the product is working as described. Refunds are also not normally available for compatibility issues that were clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
6. How to request help
Use the store contact page or the secure order portal. Include your order number, checkout email address, screenshots of any error messages, and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for additional evidence so the seller or supplier can verify the problem.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a bank or card chargeback. We can usually resolve delivery and activation issues faster through the order portal. If a chargeback is opened, we may submit order, delivery, access, and support evidence to the payment provider.
