Transactional communications such as order confirmations, invoices, delivery messages, support responses, and security alerts may be sent where necessary to provide the service. Marketing email or SMS may only be sent where a lawful basis exists and clear unsubscribe controls are provided.
You must not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications, conceal sender identity, harvest addresses, or operate campaigns that breach applicable anti-spam or privacy law. We may suspend messaging, restrict integrations, or terminate accounts that abuse communications tooling.
