Chargeback Policy
Last updated: 21 April 2026
1. Contact us first
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact the Seller before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks are a last resort, not a first step.
2. Why chargebacks are problematic
Chargebacks carry significant fees and administrative costs for all parties. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate transaction may constitute friendly fraud and could result in restrictions on your account.
3. Evidence and dispute defence
When a chargeback is filed, we will compile and submit evidence to the payment provider, which may include:
- Invoice and order details
- Delivery confirmation logs (timestamps, IP addresses)
- Licence key issuance records (masked where appropriate)
- Customer communication records
- Legal acceptance records (terms, privacy, digital content waiver)
- Access logs and device information
4. Resolution
If you believe a charge is unauthorised or fraudulent, please contact both the Seller and your bank. We will cooperate with any investigation and provide evidence where appropriate.
