Creativemark respects intellectual property rights and expects all sellers, affiliates, vendors, and customers to do the same. If you believe content, keys, branding, or other material on the platform infringes your rights, you may submit a written notice identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, proof of authority, and a good-faith statement.

We may remove or restrict access to content while we investigate, request supporting evidence, and notify the affected merchant. Repeated infringement, counterfeit inventory, or unauthorised resale may result in suspension, delisting, payout holds, or termination.
