Delivery Policy
Last updated: 12 May 2026
1. Digital delivery
Most products sold through this store are delivered digitally. Delivery may include a licence key, activation code, download link, account entitlement, installation file, or supporting instructions.
2. When delivery happens
Digital delivery normally starts as soon as payment is authorised and fraud checks are complete. Many orders are fulfilled within minutes. Some orders may be held for manual review, supplier verification, stock replenishment, payment checks, or compliance checks.
3. How to access your order
We send delivery details to the email address used at checkout. You can also use Track my order with your order number and checkout email address to open the secure order portal. The order portal may show licence keys, downloads, invoices, fulfilment status, and support options.
4. If you do not receive your order
If you have not received your digital item, first check your junk or spam folder and confirm that the checkout email address was entered correctly. If the order portal does not show your item, contact support using the store contact page and include your order number.
5. Security checks and delayed delivery
We may delay delivery where an order appears high risk, payment authentication is incomplete, customer details need clarification, the product has country restrictions, or the seller needs to verify stock. If we cannot fulfil the order within a reasonable time, we will offer a replacement, alternative resolution, or refund where required by law.
6. Delivery evidence
For fraud prevention and dispute handling, we may keep delivery evidence such as timestamps, order portal access events, licence-key reveal events, download events, IP address, user agent, and legal acceptance records.
7. Physical items
Unless a product page states otherwise, products are supplied digitally only. If a physical item is sold, the product page or checkout will show the applicable delivery method, charges, and estimated timescale.
