Consent to Immediate Supply of Digital Content
Last updated: 21 April 2026
Your rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37), you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content.
What you are agreeing to
By ticking the consent checkbox at checkout and completing your purchase, you:
- Expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately (i.e. before the 14-day cancellation period has expired).
- Acknowledge that once supply of the digital content has begun (for example, when a licence key is issued or a download link is provided), you will lose your right to cancel the contract.
Your statutory rights are not affected
This waiver does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you retain your right to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this waiver.
