Payment Services Terms

1. Payment processing
Payments on the Creativemark platform are processed by third-party payment service providers, principally Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to the payment provider’s terms of service.
2. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)
In accordance with the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (implementing PSD2), transactions may require Strong Customer Authentication (e.g. 3D Secure). Your bank or card issuer may prompt you for additional verification during checkout.
3. Accepted payment methods
The payment methods available to you depend on your country, currency, and the payment provider’s eligibility rules. Available methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Currency
Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. The amount charged to your payment method is in the currency selected at checkout. Your bank may apply exchange rate fees for cross-currency transactions.
5. Payment disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or is unauthorised, contact the Seller first. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may contact your bank or card issuer. Please refer to our Chargeback Policy before initiating a dispute.
6. Payout facilitation
For Sellers, Creativemark facilitates payouts from customer payments, less applicable commissions, fees, and deductions. Payouts are subject to the Partner Payout Terms, including verification requirements and risk controls.
