Sanctions and Export Controls

You must not use the platform in violation of sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or trade restrictions. Merchants, vendors, affiliates, and buyers are responsible for ensuring that products, services, software, and counterparties are lawful in the countries where they operate.

We may block access, refuse payments, restrict payouts, or terminate relationships where sanctions, denied-party, or export-control concerns are identified or where enhanced due diligence cannot be completed satisfactorily.
