Subprocessors

1. Overview

Creativemark uses the following categories of subprocessors to operate the Platform. All subprocessors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

2. Subprocessor categories

3. Seller-specific subprocessors

Sellers may use their own subprocessors (e.g. CRM, support tools). The Seller is responsible for disclosing their subprocessors and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection law.

4. Changes to subprocessors

We will update this list when we add or change subprocessors. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
