Vendors supplying inventory, fulfilment assets, or product content through Creativemark must maintain accurate product data, lawful rights to distribute the goods, and current business, banking, and tax information. Vendors must cooperate with fraud reviews, product disputes, and replacement requests.

We may place holds on payouts, inventory, or listings where quality, rights, compliance, or fraud concerns arise. Vendors remain responsible for the accuracy of keys, files, fulfilment materials, and representations made to merchants or customers.
